Hello everyone, my name is Harsha Vardhan and my journey has always been driven by passion, discipline and the belief that fitness shapes not just the body, but the mind and character as well. Based in Bengaluru, I proudly serve as a Trainee Security Executive at SpiceJet, while continuing to chase my lifelong love for athletics.

From my childhood days, sports have been an inseparable part of my life. Running was more than just a game for me, it was a source of happiness, confidence and focus. Athletics taught me early lessons of consistency, self-belief and perseverance and it helped me develop a strong foundation of physical fitness and mental resilience.

As the years passed, my commitment towards athletics only grew stronger. Through rigorous practice and continuous self-improvement, I trained for competitive events, which not only helped me achieve my athletic goals but also shaped me as a disciplined and determined individual.

Post joining SpiceJet, the encouragement and support from my team and leadership played a crucial role in helping me pursue my sporting passion alongside my professional responsibilities. Their motivation reaffirmed my belief that when an organization supports its people, individuals truly thrive.

My dedication bore fruit when I competed in Men’s Athletics – 100m, 200m and 400m events, where I won Gold and Silver medals. Recently, at the Hyderabad State-Level Men’s Athletics Competition held at Gachibowli Stadium, I had the honor of representing SpiceJet and secured two Silver medals and one Bronze medal. Wearing the SpiceJet name while competing was a moment of immense pride for me.

I am deeply grateful to SpiceJet, my colleagues, mentors, friends and family for their constant encouragement. This journey continues and I remain committed to pushing my limits both on the track and in my professional life.
